We are dedicated to providing outstanding service in addition to unparalleled hearing health care. Professional Care is our first name and we take pride in protecting the health of our patients and enhancing their quality of life.
We are observing the recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the World Health Organization (WHO). We have been keeping track of the guidelines provided by local, state, and federal health officials and firmly implementing the necessary procedures to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
To ensure the safety of our offices, we have taken the following precautions:

Increasing the frequency of proper cleaning and sanitization practices of common surfaces and hearing care rooms between patients during the day.

We require that our staff members remain at home if they are feeling unwell until they are given clearance by a medical professional.

Communicating with patients prior to their appointment and encouraging them to reschedule to a later date if they have developed any symptoms or feeling generally unwell.

Allowing for extra time between appointments to minimize patient-to-patient contact and provide additional time for disinfecting procedures.
We are not taking the current situation posed by this virus lightly. Taking care of the people within the communities we serve remains a top priority during this time.
